BRUCE DOROW

Born in Wisconsin in 1959, Bruce Dorow's love of art and nature was fostered from an early age. While studying for a B.A. in Art Therapy Dorow took a ceramics course, which sparked a passion for art. This inspiration led him to travel extensively throughout Europe, devoting endless hours in art museums studying the works of the great masters. These European experiences motivated him to pursue art full time, gradually expanding from ceramics, to sculpture and finally to painting. Dorow currently resides in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with his family, and continues to use Midwestern landscapes as his muse.
